Ingredients: Australian Wagyu Beef, Salt, Dextrose, Dextrin, Spices, Preservative (250, 251), Starter Culture. This salami is approximately 400 to 450 grams. This salami does not contain gluten or soy. 

This salami is made from 90% Australian ingredients. 

Store in cool dry place once opened or in the refrigerator unwrapped. All the salamis are air-dired and manufactured from uncooked comminuted fermented meat (UCFM).
